Obituary For Yamini Raman Patel
Born December 5th, 1972 in India, and entered into rest on June 24th, 2015 in Santa Clara, California at the age of 42. Survived by her husband of 19 years Bhavesh Patel; daughter: Chandni; parents: Raman and Shardaben Patel; brothers: Dharmesh Patel (Archana), and Kalpesh Patel (Shital); and nieces: Tanvi, and Ashana.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, June 28th, from 10:30am-11:30am and a Funeral Service will begin at 11:30am at Fremont Memorial Chapel, 3723 Peralta Blvd., Fremont, CA 94536. Witness Cremation to follow at 1:30pm at Irvington Memorial Crematory, 41001 Chapel Way, Fremont, CA 94538.
