Obituary For Walterlene Springs
Walterlene is survived by her brother Tappoly DeWitt Mills Jr., her sons Cedric, Keith, and Gabriel and daughter Stacey Jordan, her daughters-in-law Ursula and Mary Rose Jordan, grandchildren Lamar, Tanecia, Christina, Jasmine, Nydeen, Kristiana, Kristian, Kassidy Rose, seven great-grandchildren, her aunt, cousins, nieces, nephews, and additional family through marriage. She is preceded in death by her parents, Georgia Mills Burnett and Tappoly DeWitt Mills Sr., husband James W. Springs Jr., son Warren Jordan, sister Iola Verena Reese, sister-in-law Patricia Mills, and additional aunts, uncles, and cousins.
Walterlene retired, as a legal secretary, from California School Employees Association. She had many hobbies, including, making jewelry, clothing, and crocheting. She attended Allen Temple Baptist Church and Shiloh Baptist Church, both in California.
Her funeral services will occur on Sunday, at 1:00 pm, on August 6, 2023, at Fremont Memorial Chapel in Fremont, California.

Losing someone who has been a part of our family for many years is truly heartbreaking. My dearest sister-in-law will always hold a special place in my heart, for the many cherished moments we shared over time. Although she may no longer be with us physically, her love, kindness, and laughter will continue to echo in my memory. May her spirit find eternal peace and may the love we shared carry on.
