Obituary For Victor Ingal Franco
Born on September 13th, 1970 in Quezon City, Philippines, and entered into rest on October 23rd, 2016 in Redwood City, CA at the age of 46. Survived by his wife Maria Emmathel Franco of Fremont, CA.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 29th, and Sunday, October 30th, from 4-8pm with a Vigil at 5:30pm at Fremont Memorial Chapel, 3723 Peralta Blvd., Fremont, CA 94536. Vigil will begin on Sunday at 5:30pm at the funeral home. Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Monday, October 31st, 10am at Holy Spirit Catholic Church, 37588 Fremont Blvd., Fremont, CA 94536.
