Obituary For Victor Grady Franco
Victor was born on November 13th, 1942 in the Philippines, and entered into rest on February 21st, 2016 in Union City, CA at the age of 73. Victor lived in Union City with his wife Evangeline and kids since 1983. Survived by his wife, Evangeline Franco; kids: Francis, Marianne, Victor James, and Daniel; and siblings: Ricardo Franco, and Rosario Illustre.
Visitation will be held on Monday, February 29th, from 5-8pm with a Vigil at 6:30pm at Fremont Memorial Chapel, 3723 Peralta Blvd., Fremont, CA 94536. Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Tuesday, March 1st, 10am at St. Anne's Catholic Church, 32223 Cabello St., Union City, CA 94587. Burial will follow at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery in Hayward, CA.
