Born August 8, 1949 in Los Alamos, NM and entered into rest on January 28, 2014 in Fremont, CA at the age of 64. Devoted husband of 34 years to Louise Jones. Beloved father of Darcy, Thomas, Randall (Miho), and Matthew. Loving grandfather to Kiara and Konoske. Treasured brother of Arthur Jones, Ethan Jones, and Faye Young.

Roger was a character, an individual, a humanitarian and a minimalist, especially with spending. He was a husband, father, grandfather, brother and once a son. He was a proud resident of the City of Fremont. Many don't realize how much time of his life was dedicated to research and being an activist. His dedication he gave will be missed by all.

A Memorial Service will be held for Roger on Sunday, February 2, 2pm at Fremont Memorial Chapel, 3723 Peralta Blvd., Fremont, CA 94536. Inurnment at Cypress Lawn Memorial Park in Colma, CA.
