Obituary For Rodolfo Kent "Jonjon" Endaya, Jr.

Rodolfo “Kent/Jon” Endaya, Jr of Fremont, died November 26, 2021 due to Stage IV Intrahepatic Cholangiocarcinoma. He was born August 17, 1979 in Manila Philippines at St. Rita Hospital. Son of Rodolfo and Constancia Endaya. His siblings were Kathy, Karyll and Kris. Much loved father of Melissa and Jillian. Husband to Karen. He attended Nazareth High School and was class President during his Senior year. He graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science at Centro Escolar University in 2000.

Straight from College he worked for China Banking Corporation and in 2004 he moved to California with his wife. He briefly worked for Marshal’s and Menlo Logistics. Finally for 16 years he worked for Fremont Bank (Research and IT).

Kent was a devoted husband and father. He was a praiseworthy son and brother and a faithful friend to many. He worked hard to provide for his family. God was the center of his life and his faith was of significant importance to him.

Kent was an avid Green Bay Packers and Warriors fan. He collected Marvel and DC Action figures. He loved listening to music. Christmas was his favorite holiday. He looked forward to vacations, especially when he visited his family and friends in the Philippines.

The viewing will be held on Friday, December, 17, 2021 from 5:00pm to 8:00pm with a Vigil Service at 6:30pm at Fremont Memorial Chapel, 3723 Peralta Blvd., Fremont. Funeral Mass will be on Saturday, December, 18, 2021, 10:00am at Our Lady of Guadalupe, 41933 Blacow Rd., Fremont. He will be laid to rest at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery in Hayward at 11:30am. Lunch to follow at Pinoy Handaan from 1:00pm till 4:00pm.
