Obituary For Nilaflor Navarro

Nilaflor was a devoted mother, grandmother, daughter, aunt and sister. She was a loyal friend to many.

Philanthropy was important to her and her constant efforts to help those in need was truly impressive. Her generosity was limitless and she gave wholeheartedly and joyfully.

She loved to travel and visited Europe, Asia, and frequently returned to her home town of Marihatag to spend time with family and friends. At home, she loved to be on her stationary bike while binge watching Netflix.

Nilaflor had an incredible work ethic and was a registered nurse for over 40 years. She worked at University Medical Center in Southern Nevada, Boulder City Hospital, North Las Vegas Care Center, North View Village Nursing Care Center, Kaiser Permanente Redwood City and Vision Home Health Care in Newark, CA.

Nilaflor unexpectedly passed away on July 28, 2021 at the age of 64. She is survived by her children, Jonalyn and Zed; sisters Nenita, Nancy, Necitas and Neolita; nieces and nephews Geena, Jo Ann, Alvaro, Brianne, Joy, Jan, Jyl, Allanie, GJ and Jem; grandchildren Lauren, Allison, Jowee, Jeamy, Mako, Zachary, Orion and Caleb.
