Michael “Mike” Gregory Moga was born on March 14, 1951 in Oakland, California to Bromeo and Rosie Moga. Growing up in Fremont, he graduated from Washington High School in 1969. He was drafted into the Army, and served in Vietnam until 1974. He then married the love of his life, Mary, in 1979.

Mike had an infectious smile and an even more contagious laugh. Always with a twinkle in his eye, he loved a party, a crisp new hat, and a good plate of food. An avid motorcycle enthusiast, the rev of a Harley Fatboy could whip his head around in an instant. Far too soon, he went for his final ride into the sunset on Monday, April 6, 2015.

Mike is survived by his wife Mary; mother Rosie; children, Michael, Marc and Melissa; grandchildren Marcus, Donovan, Jordan, Madelyn and Abigail; daughters-in-law Monica and Katie; son-in-law Dan Comer; brother Rob and his wife Kathy; niece and nephew Jayleen and Steven; aunts, uncles, cousins and many, many friends.

Funeral service and reception will be held on Sunday, April 19th, 2015 at Fremont Memorial Chapel, 3723 Peralta Blvd., Fremont, CA 94536. The viewing will begin at 12:30, with service to begin at 2:00 p.m.
