To the Mata Family; Mary Mata, your mother, my favorite auntie was a amazing woman, especially to me and all the people she helped in her life time. She always protected the little guy,and always stood up for what was right. She would never step a side if she felt injustice was being done to somebody who didn't have a voice, She was there Voice. This is something to really proud of. My favorite memories of your Mom is broken up into three parts, my life time of memories. Me trying out for OLR. I didn't make the team. She told me, practice-practice-practice.I made the team .From the 4th grade-6th grade we were champs. and the 8th grade. Thank you for instilling confidence and pride to be a part of this family. Last and never least: Christmas Are "White Chariot"The station wagon, so many memories: The Nolan Zoo,The Drive- in movies, Going thru Niles Canyon at night. Scary stories; Rita's hair being pulled .Forever Lasting Moments. Christmas Talent Shows: My Grandmothers favorite. You brought cousins together, adults together, most of all My Grandma's Favorite her Children Together. You didn't know but you always honored grandma's wish. My Auntie, your Mom: ALWAYS AND FOREVER WILL BE TRULY MISSED. YOUR STRENGTH, LOYALTY, AND KINDNESS , AND LOVE FOR ENTIRE FAMILY. THANK YOU! Mary Mata for having a Influence in my Life. Love Always Rich Cedillo

Our sincere condolences to Mary Mata's family. Although Mary and I have never met I feel like I know her through her daughter, Lorraine, who I had worked with for many years. We enjoyed the many delicious dishes Mary had fastidiously prepared for the employees at both Rose Garden and Oak Dialysis. Her love and devotion to her family, kindness, her teaching qualities and love of life are mirrored by her daughter Lorraine. Mary will forever live through the many people she has touched. Prayers and Love , Evelyn and William Middleton
