Mary Lonell Morgan, of Sonora, passed away on April 14, 2022 with her children by her side, at the age of 84. She is survived by her 3 loving children; Denise Rose, Pamela Stauffer, and Randy Bass; Grandchildren; Stephanie, Brian (Aimee), Eric (Jamie), Kyle, Nicholas, Ashley, Lindsay (Brandon), Logan, and Jazmin; 14 Great Grandchildren, 1 Great Great Granddaughter; and Brother Lloyd. She was predeceased by her brother Jim and husband Ken.

Lonell was born on January 6, 1938 in Ada, Oklahoma to parents, Edwin and Georgia Whipple. She was the middle child of her two brothers; Jim and Lloyd Whipple. She worked as a manicurist in Fremont for over 20 years. Her favorite part of the job was getting to talk with all her clients. Lonell loved getting dressed up, even on a regular day she was always put together beautifully! She was a fan of all types of dancing and singing. She was always in the choir at church and Southern Gospel music became a real passion for her towards the end of her life. Another passion of hers was traveling. Her and her late husband Ken traveled all over the world. One of their favorite vacation destinations was Alaska. She was always a hard worker and never lost her excitement for life and adventure.

Lonell will always be remembered for her smile, her love for Jesus and her family.
