I met Lisette when she became a Payroll Tech at Fremont Unified School District. It was an immediate friendship that I gained as Lisette was such an amazing co-worker and an all around great human being. Her kind soul and warmth is a feeling I can't explain. She was one of a kind. Always thinking of everyone before herself. She was so involved in doing what was best for everyone. She was involved in the CSEA union and was the reason that all CSEA members will receive future benefits in their retirement years. She made sure every union member who asked knew that getting their fringe money and 7% PERS district paid money on their salary would reap them eternal benefits when they retired. This was her legacy at FUSD...a huge win for any CSEA member. She was a special friend that I will forever miss as long As I am on this earth! Rest In Peace sweet Lisette. You will be missed by all who knew you!

It seems like yesterday that we spent time with Lisette and her sister Sandra in Halifax. The connection was instant and we all had a wonderful time together. She certainly was talented. Lisette made a thoughtful and stunning quilt for my Dad. He was absolutely thrilled as it was made of fabric photos of his life in England. I was so sorry to hear about Lisette and offer my deepest concolences to the family. Sending lots of love from the east coast. Susan Maylin

I have lovely memories of Lisette's visit to Halifax. Although her trip here was brief, it didn't take long to realize what a wonderful woman my cousin Lisette was. We kept in touch ever since. My heartfelt condolences to the family and all that knew her. I've uploaded a couple of pictures from that visit. Love & hugs from Jane xoxo
