Obituary For Manuel Noel Gallegos
Entered into rest on September 8, 2013 in San Francisco, CA at the age of 43. Beloved son of Ana Maria Gallegos. Caring brother to Patty and Pablo Fiene. Loving uncle to Max Fiene.
Born August 5, 1970 in Oakland, CA, Manuel graduated from American High School in Fremont in 1988. He enjoyed bicycling, playing music, creating movies, and playing softball. He was an Apple Inc. employee for over 10 years.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, September 18, from 5-8pm with a Vigil at 6:30pm at Fremont Chapel of the Roses, 1940 Peralta Blvd., Fremont, CA 94536. Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Thursday, September 19, 10am at Holy Spirit Catholic Church, 37588 Fremont Blvd., Fremont, CA 94536. Burial will follow at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery in Hayward, CA.

Manuel and I were friends and classmates back in the 1980?s. I remember him for his quick-witted sense of humor and boisterous laugh. He took his studies very serious, had a passion for sports & after-school activities, and always had time to joke with friends. I admired Manuel in those days as a well-rounded / balanced individual with a heart of gold. I haven?t spoken to him in over 25 years, but know he continued to work hard and lived a good decent life until his recent passing. ?You?ll be missed old friend. Thank you for the memories.?

I was deeply saddened to hear of Manny's passing. He and I were classmates, involved with the school band together and friends. Whenever I think of him, a clear picture of his smile and laughter is what comes to mind. He was a caring soul that touched all who knew him. I am so very sorry for your loss. You and your family are in my prayers.
