Julio Ruben Moreno Lopez was born on February 14th, 1990 in Fremont, CA, and passed away at his home on May 2nd, 2023. Julio graduated in 2008 from Conley High School. Julio’s used his passion of connecting with people to become a regional property manager for multiple residences all over the Bay Area for Woodmont Real Estate Services, and helped families find homes.

He is survived by his father, Jose (Rosa) Lopez Sr, his baby boy Simba, brothers Carlos (Tiffany) Moreno, Chino, Juan (Iliam), Hector, Gabino Lopez, sisters Maria & Gaby Lopez, nephews Fernando Mario & Oliver Monroe, nieces Leticia Annalise, Micaela Ava, Lucia Irene, & Leila June. Julio was preceded in death by his mother, Irene Amparo Moreno, and grandparents.

A Celebration of Julio’s Life will be held on Saturday, June 3rd from 11–1:00 pm at Fremont Memorial Chapel at 3723 Peralta Blvd Fremont, CA 94536.
