Josephine (Jo) Perez passed away at home at the age of 81. She was the beloved wife of Ernie Perez for almost 58 years. She will be greatly missed by her six children and their spouses, ten grandchildren, four great grandchildren as well as many relatives and friends.
Josephine was born in Wattenberg, Colorado. She graduated from Mercy Hospital School of Nursing in 1953. She retired from NUSD as a Special Education Aide.
She enjoyed the beach, baking, sewing, working on puzzles, volunteering at Lincoln Elementary, Bible study, travel, butterflies and spending time with her family.
She was an inspiration to so many people and will be loved and remembered by all.

It was a rewarding day for the both of us, Sorry we did not make it to the Memorial service but everyone was on our minds and our prayers went out to all.
