Obituary For Jose Ventura Freitas
Jose Ventura Freitas was born August 24, 1927, in Flores, Azores, and entered into rest on November 24, 2018 in Hayward, at the age of 91.
Jose is survived by his loving daughter Elizabeth Woborny (Chris) and two beautiful granddaughters Amelia and Sophia.
Visitation will be held from 5:00 PM – 8:00 PM on Thursday, November 29, 2018 with a Vigil at 6:30PM, Fremont Memorial Chapel, 3723 Peralta Blvd., Fremont. Funeral Mass will be held at 10:00 AM, Friday, November 30, 2018 at Holy Spirit Catholic Church, 37588 Fremont Blvd., Fremont. Burial will follow to Holy Sepulchre Cemetery, 26320 Mission Blvd., Hayward.
