Obituary For Jane Kwan
Jane was born in Guaymas, Mexico, moved to San Francisco in 1947, graduated from San Francisco?s Commerce High School in 1952, and attended San Francisco City College and San Francisco State University. She married Douglas W. Lee in 1956. They moved their family to Fremont in 1961, where Jane raised her children and became an active member of the South Bay Chinese Club and the Chinese Christian Family Conference in Lake Tahoe. After her children entered school, Jane worked at the House and Garden, Morris Fabrics, and House of Fabrics stores at the Fremont Hub. She taught her family how to be 49ers and Giants fans.
Jane is survived by her husband (Doug), three children (Mark, Gail, Glen), and three grandchildren (Emerald, Kristoffer, Meilani).
The family wishes to thank Jane?s long-time caregiver, Pat Aceberos, for her time, energy, and love.
Donations in Jane?s memory may be made to the Michael J. Fox Foundation for Parkinson?s Research or the South Bay Chinese Club Scholarship Fund.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, September 7, from 8:30-10am followed by a Chapel Service at 10am at Fremont Memorial Chapel, 3723 Peralta Blvd., Fremont, CA 94536. Private family burial will be held at Greenlawn Memorial Park in Colma, CA.

My sincerest condolences to Lee Family. Mr Lee, Mark, Gail and Glen and family. Your wife and Mother, will be truly missed. She always greeted us at the door with a smile and a hint of suspicion on what kind of trouble we could get into, we had a great neighborhood. So it was never really going to be that bad. Our families have been tied together by decades of fond memories. My prayers and thoughts are with the Lee family. Rest in Paradise Mrs. Lee.
