Obituary For Hodges Lee Allen
Hodges was born on October 2,1952 in Louisiana and entered into rest on May 20, 2019 in Newark, CA. Hodges is survived by his beloved children Alana Allen, Ashley Allen, and loving brother to Robert Allen, Jr. Preceded in death by his Wife, Nita Allen, his parents Robert Allen Sr. & Mildred Chalk, and by his brother Ronald Allen.
When not working, Hodges could be found cheering on one of his favorite ponies at the âGolden Gate Fieldsâ racetrack in the San Francisco bay area. Or, trying out a new recipe for his favorite dish, red beans and rice. He was rarely seen without a smile, and took pride in his work with the County of San Mateo, and in his two daughters. His loss will leave a void in the lives of the many people he touched with his jovial spirit.
A Celebration of Life will be held from 1:00 PM â 5:00 PM, Saturday, June 1, 2019 at Fremont Memorial Chapel, 3723 Peralta Blvd., Fremont.
