Obituary For Hilda Pereira Ormonde
Hilda Pereira Ormonde born November 20, 1945 in Terceira, Acorez, and passed away at her home on March 5, 2015. Wife of 45 years to Frank V. Ormonde, mother of Melinda Dominici (Tom) and Angela Davis (Rich), grandmother to Rebecca Dominici, Joseph Dominici, Haleigh Davis, and Jameson Davis, daughter to Ilda Gaspar, and sister to Mary Pimentel (Frank), and Filomena Stratford (Warren).
Visitation will be held on Monday, March 9, from 4-8pm with a Vigil at 7pm at Fremont Memorial Chapel, 3723 Peralta Blvd., Fremont, CA 94536. Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Tuesday, March 10, 10:30am at St. Edward’s Catholic Church, 5788 Thornton Ave., Newark, CA 94560. Burial will follow at Irvington Memorial Cemetery in Fremont, CA.

Sra. Hilda is going to be missed...she always had a smile when she saw me. She watched Carlos for a little while when he was a baby and had not seen him for a long time. Last time that I saw her at a festa she asked for him and I called him over she was surprised at how tall he was and when Carlos gave her a kiss she just lit up. There are so many more but this one just keeps popping up in my mind because I saw how much she cared not just about me but my family too. To the Ormonde family we all have another Angel in heaven watching over us. She is not suffering any more...my prayers and love to all of you. Rest in peace Sra. Hilda. Love, Marcelino, Lilia, Michael and Carlos Carreiro
