Obituary For Glenn Austin Tillman

Glenn Austin Tillman, 54, died unexpectedly on Sunday, September 22, 2013.

Glenn was born on January 6, 1959 in San Diego, CA to Henry and Mary Tillman, the fourth of six boys. Shortly after Glenn's birth the family moved to Fremont, CA. Glenn loved and was very involved in sports including baseball, softball, volleyball, and wrestling. He also had a passion for fishing. Glenn graduated from American High School in 1977 and was a lifelong resident of Fremont and Newark. He worked as a realtor for 17 years and was very involved in Newark American Little League as both a board member and coach. His work with Newark Little League was one of his favorite pastimes!

He is survived by his wife: Beverly Tillman; his sons: Kristopher Glenn Tillman, and Sean Henry Tillman; his brothers: Hank Tillman, Pat Tillman, Mike Tillman, James Tillman, and David Tillman; and several nieces and nephews.

A Memorial Service will be held for Glenn on Saturday, October 5, 2pm at Fremont Memorial Chapel, 3723 Peralta Blvd., Fremont, CA 94536.

    I am very sadden to hear of the passing away of Glen. He was a Realtor at Keller Williams for a few years. Glen was always very friendly with a smile at all times. My sympathy goes out to his family and close friends at this time. Pat Cote
