Flordeliza Bustillo Balisi was born in Manila, P.I. on March 16, 1950 and entered into rest in Fremont, CA on April 17, 2015. She is survived by her sisters: Ligaya Ventura and Gigi Evangelista; brothers: Bert Balisi, Ben Balisi and Julio Balisi Jr.; and many nieces and nephews.

Flordeliza was a member of the 8am St. Anne's choir, bleeding heart prayer group and the santonino prayer group. She was an insurance underwriter for 25 years, she also worked at the Oakland coliseum concession stands during football and baseball season, and in her spare time enjoyed cooking and gardening.

Visitation will be held on Monday, April 20, from 4-8pm at Fremont Memorial Chapel, 3723 Peralta Blvd., Fremont, CA 94536. Visitation will be held on Tuesday, April 21, from 4-9pm with a Vigil at 6:30pm at St. Anne's Catholic Church, 32223 Cabello St., Union City, CA 94587. Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Wednesday, April 22, 10am at the church. Inurnment at Chapel of the Chimes Memorial Park in Hayward, CA.
