The first time we met Gene he was dancing the Irish jig with Cindy and Cindy and Terry's wedding. Over the many years we've gotten to know and love him. We didn't see he and Sandra often but when we did we always had a lovely visit. Such a kind, sweet, gentle soul and of course his love of golf endeared him all the more to my father. They always talked about playing a round together and in my heart I believe they still will. To Sandra and Cindy, our deepest sympathies. We'll always keep him in our prayers and hearts.

Gene, I'll miss the spirit of camaraderie you brought to our golf outings. It's said that you can learn a lot about one's character on the golf course. I always admired how your attitude and spirit of friendship was never affected by how things went playing golf. Godspeed.

Dear Cindy and Family, I'm so sorry for your loss. I know what it feels lie to lose a love one! The pain is heavy right now; however, in time the pain is still there but it's the time you'll remember only the good times you had to share with him. I still lose my breath when I think of my Dad! I do think of him often and it's been over 10 yrs. My heart goes out to you and your family and you're in my prayers and Carl's prayer group too! (Carl is my 2nd husband). Sincerely, Phyllis

Gene was my room mate during our senior year at St Xavier College. We shared some great times together. He was always able to find the humor in any situation.

Your family has my condolences. I was a classmate and lived in the same residence hall as Geno. He was one of the first people I met when attending St. Xavier College. I remember how well he made me feel welcome. I always tried to do the same to others that I met the following years at SXC. Geno was a fun person to be around. He will be in my prayers.
