Born September 22, 1923 in Santa Maria, Ilocos Sur, Philippines, and entered into rest on July 22, 2013 in Walnut Creek, CA at the age of 89. Predeceased by her husband Francisco Draculan on July 10, 2008, her sons Percival Sancho Draculan and Amancio Draculan, and her granddaughter Geneca Draculan. Devoted mother of Maria Christina Nyera and her husband Efren of Hawaii, Margarita Vasquez and her husband Michael of Folsom, Gene Draculan and his wife Carmencita of Newark, Cecilio Draculan and his wife Sylvia of Hayward, and Lorenzo Draculan of Vallejo. Grandmother of 13 and great-grandmother of 3.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, July 27, from 4-9pm and on Sunday, July 28, from 4-9pm with a Vigil on Sunday at 7:30pm at Fremont Memorial Chapel, 3723 Peralta Blvd., Fremont, CA 94536. Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Monday, July 29, 12pm at St. James the Apostle Catholic Church, 34700 Fremont Blvd., Fremont, CA 94555. Burial will follow at Cedar Lawn Memorial Park in Fremont, CA.
