Obituary For Eamonn Sean Gibbons
Eamonn Gibbons, longtime Fremont resident, veteran of the Korean War, and CalTrans retiree, passed away on May 26, 2013.
He was predeceased by his wife of 52 years, Geraldine. He is survived by his brother Rory Gibbons; his daughters Joann Gibbons of Danville and LeAnn Kanowsky and her husband Ward of Pleasanton; and grandchildren Derek, Colleen, and Miranda.
A Celebration of Life will be held for Eamonn on Sunday, June 9, 1pm at Niles Canyon Mobile Home Park Clubhouse, 711 Old Canyon Rd., Fremont, CA 94536.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in memory of Eamonn to the Tim Griffith Foundation, 570 El Camino Real #150-427, Redwood City, CA 94063-1262.
