Donna was one of my favorite people. Together we enjoyed Red Hats, food, and fun. We worked together at pregnancy choices Clinic. We laughed together and cried together. She was one of a kind and this world has lost a remarkable person. Our loss is Heaven's gain and we will see her again one day. What a day of rejoicing that will be!

You will forever be remembered as Miss Donna to me! And I'm so glad you cherished us neighborhood kids calling you that. So many first days of school in front of your tree, so many holidays and celebrations I was included in, and the annual Richardson Grove camping trips. I will never forget how you were there for Dana and Everett in there time if need, and how supportive you were of me and my family when they passed. I hope I can pass that love and compassion on to your family now. You were a wonderful and vibrant woman, and I'm so glad you were a part of my life. You have created a true legacy in your children and grandchildren.

Donna was a shining star, a gift from god. To know her was to love her. She had a huge heart, always full of wit, and a great laugh. My family became very close with her and we felt like family. We met at the lake and saw a few concerts together, been to the house where she shared her son in laws hard work on the deck(she was so happy), Franks duck carvings that she was so proud of, and a bunch of pictures sharing her family that she full heartedly loved. She was the type of person that could make anyone smile and to always look for the good in everything. She is going to be very missed. May she RIP

We had the privilege to meet the Hoover family over 40 years ago. Donna was an amazing woman. She had a loving heart for the Lord God, a kind word for those who needed a listening ear and giving hands for those who needed help. She is now one of God's Angels. She has earned her crown for a job well done. Our prayers are with the family. We will miss you. "Mom Mel", Rochelle, Liz and Denise and family.

I can't believe she is gone. I met Donna when I was a kid through YMCA & later she became my babysitter. She was the funniest, kindest person I had met at that time . She was definitely one of my favorite mothers, this world will sure miss that beautiful angel.

My Auntie Donna loved life! She was so much fun, couldn't bear to miss a family event, and was usually the life of the party 🙂 She could light up a room by just walking in. Her life was a blessing to so many - she was always reaching out to other people. I know her joy in heaven will be hearing all the stories of the many, many people who were impacted by her life.

Donna and I became friends about the mid 70's at First Assembly of God in Fremont. We have always stayed in touch and especially the last few years in our FB chats. I love her constant smile and her great sense of humor. She was such an asset to the Women's Ministries and to the Missionette Program. My prayers are with her husband, all the kids and the Grands.....I know your lives have changed without her. I am looking forward to seeing her again one day in heaven. Love, JoJo Bracco

Donna was an angle here on earth. She touched all our hearts in so many ways. I was so lucky to have been her maid of honor at her wedding to my cousin, Frank, so many years ago. She will be missed by anyone who ever had the privilege of knowing her. Only time will take the pain of your loss away, but those beautiful memories will be with you all forever. (Until we meet again in haven my dear friend, Donna) Our prayers are with you Frank and with your family.......Love, Val & Bob

Camping with Donna and the family was a great experience through the years. Spending early mornings having coffee and sharing The Word while she prepared for "nanny-cakes" for the kids was a blessing. She was always smiling and glad to be at Richardson's Grove and have her family and friends.

Dear Frank and family, Tony and I will remember Donna as someone who had such a possitive outlook on life. She had a smile on her face everytime I woudl see her. I especially remember our days together as teachers aides at Noll School in the 70's. She loved the kids so much and they loved her. I remember how much fun we had at our Noll School reunion last year. She touched so many people in her life. My niece, Erin Todd, was lucky enough to have her as babysitter in the 80's. Donna gave Erin and other children such a loving and caring environment to be in. She will always be in our hearts and missed alot. We know you and your family will have wonderful memories of Donna. Our prayers go out to you in this difficult time. Love, Sue and Tony Hale

To my dear family and friends of Donna This came in a little newsletter from our little community church. When I read it, It shouted Donna Hoover all over it. I can hear this in her joyous voice with her beautiful smile, her rich laughter, and her shout of Praise to God There once was a woman who woke up one morning, looked in the mirror, and saw that she had only three hairs on her head. "Great," she said, "I think I'll braid my hair today." So she did, and had a wonderful day. The next day she woke up, looked in the mirror, and saw that she had only two hairs on her head, "Hmm," she said, "I guess I'll part my hair down the middle." So she did, and she had a wonderful day. The next day she woke up, looked in the mirror, and saw that she had only one hair left on her head. "Wow," she said, "today I get to wear my hair in a ponytail." So she did and had a wonderful day. The next day she woke up, looked in the mirror, and saw that there wasn't a single hair on her head. "Thank God!" she exclaimed, "I was running out of things to do with my hair!" ATTITUDE and GRATITUDE is everything. Candy Colt-Williams
