To all my Garcias: I loved Cynthia for her love of people and her humor. We shared a such joy of our dogs (Phoebe and Sierra). We spoiled them terribly, we both knew it and absolutely love it and them. I know her soul is with my Lord and she is at peace. I wish the same for all of you. Rose
