Cyd, I will never forget the fun we had in The 70s, 80s,... you were always Mama like and would always protect me and keep me safe as An elementary/teenage young lady. You were good to my cousins Kathy/Chris/Tony... But most of all you were good to me. I'll never forget our fourth Street adventures when you lived in Decoto. God surrounded you with his angels and keep you safe fly high my friend and reach for the stars because Jesus is waiting for you. God bless you, Serena and Dwayne. We love you dearly and thank you for being such good kids.

Nana Cyd was so special to me and my boys. After having my first son, Wolf, I didn't know who I would leave him with when I returned to work. Cyd offered to take him. She refused to take money to watch him. She treated my baby like one of her own grandchildren. When Covid hit, she would have Sarina drive her by my house so she could see how big my son was getting, tearing up with joy at the sight of him. When my second son was born, she had the same love for him. You never forget the people who loved you like family. She was "Nana" to us and we will always love her and keep her memory alive.
