Cristina Medina Gelacio was born on January 7, 1935 in the Philippines and she passed away peacefully, with her family at her bedside, on November 5, 2019 in Union City, CA at the age of 84. Beloved mother to Grace, Joselito, Ronald, and Martin. Loving grandmother to Jhonel, Marinyl, Ryan, Ron, and Andrew.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, November 12, 2019, 5 to 8:30 PM, at Fremont Memorial Chapel, 3723 Peralta Blvd, Fremont with a Vigil Service at 7:00 PM. Funeral Mass will be held on Wednesday, November 13, 2019, 10:30 AM, at St Anne's Catholic Church, 32223 Cabello St, Union City.

Dearest Auntie Tinay, Surely will miss you though we didn't see each other much but the memories of my childhood still vividly in my mind. Your hospitality, a good cook, your smile and laugh, with your sense of humor. You're almost a twin sister of Nanay and when we lost her - just seeing you even in pictures brought us a sense of relief and ease our pain of losing her. With you again, leaving us ... the last Auntie we had, the last leaf of Nanay's memory with us ,,, bring back the pain. We love you, Auntie Tinay! We know you will have a grand reunion with them and please give us a big kiss and tight hug to Nanay Irinea when you see her! . - Shirley Medina Santos-Razote

Rest in peace Auntie Tinay. Our Nanays all left us in this world. May our Lord make your reunion with your original family be put in God's loving arms. I love you Auntie. Send my hugs and kisses to my Nanay, Lolo Ramon, Lola Petra, aunties and uncles in heaven. And may the Medina clan find comfort at this tough times.
