Obituary For Consorcia "Connie" C. de Leon
Connie was born on January 13, 1943 in Philippines and enter into eternal rest on April 6, 2019 at the age of 76 in Fremont, CA. Connie survived by her beloved husband Jun de Leon of 54 years. Loving mother to Ferdinand de Leon, Marissa (Leo) Jugo, Jonathan de Leon, Peter de Leon, and Marilou de Leon (Marcus). Adoring grandmother to Eliza, P.J., Lea, Distiny, Annalyn, Jaisel, and Roselenne. Caring sister in-law to Ligaya Hebron and adoring sister to Jose “Pepe” Carreon. Also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Connie loved gardening, playing cards and watching TV. She will be greatly missed by all.
Visitation will be held from 5:00 PM – 8:00 PM on Thursday, April 11, 2019 with a Vigil at 6:30 PM at Fremont Memorial Chapel, 3723 Peralta Blvd., Fremont. A Funeral Mass will be held at 10:30 AM, Friday, April 12, 2019 at St. Edward Catholic Church, 5788 Thornton Ave, Newark.
