Cesar was born in Philippines, and entered into rest on Saturday, July 22, 2018, at the age of 68. Cesar was a beloved husband to Erna Tamayo.

A loving son to Excelentisimo S. Tamayo Sr. and Faustina Tamayo. A kind brother to his 8 siblings, Rodolfo C. Tamayo, Divina Tamayo Manglicmot, Excelentisimo C. Tamayo Jr., Premyer Tamayo, Nobleta Tamayo Benitez, Isabelita Tamayo Aquino, Gloria Tamayo Laporga, and Emma Tamayo Dela Cruz. A doting father to his three children Celeste Tamayo, Maria Cecilia Tamayo-Companero and Noel-Ian Tamayo, and lastly a devoted grandfather to his five grandchildren - Alyssa Lei Lizada, Shayla Rey Lizada, Liam Mace Banzon, Izayah Companero, Kailey Nia Companero.

The Tamayo family recently loss a beautiful soul with such a vibrant energy because of multiple medical problems.

“We are deeply saddened by his death but at the same time, we are all relieved that he is no longer suffering and he’s already in the arms of our dear Father. He is finally united with our Tatang and Inang, and Uncle Ely”.

Visitation will be held from 10 AM – 3 PM, Thursday, July 26, 2018 with a Chapel Service at 12 PM, Fremont Memorial Chapel, 1940 Peralta Blvd., Fremont.
