Carmen, age 86 died Saturday, April 20, 2019. Born and raised in Gattaran Cagayan, Philippines, she was a longtime resident there, until she came to the United States in 1992. Beloved house wife of the late Tomas Gamuac Llanto, Sr I, she is survived by her children: Tomas C. Llanto Jr II, Jose C. Llanto, Estelita L. Reyes, Norma L. Agatep, Emely L. Suriaga, Cipriano C. Llanto, Fernando C. Llanto; Grandchildren Jane M. Llanto, Tomas M. Llanto Jr III, Lloyd Arthur Llanto Gebremedhin, Crisanto Llanto, Daniel A. Llanto, Jesse Antonio, Joeffrey Llanto, Schurna L. Galvez, Irish Gail L. Perez, Lemuel Suriaga, Marilou Suriaga, Angela Suriaga, Gringo Suriaga, Joshua Suriaga, Mark Agatep, Queen Agatep, Princess Agatep, Maica Angelica Llanto, Bryan Llanto, Maireen Llanto, Dan Kenneth Llanto, Dan Calvin Llanto, Fernando Llanto Jr, and sixteen great-grandchildren.

Visitation will be held from 5:00 PM – 9:00 PM Thursday, May 2, 2019 with a Vigil at 6:30 PM, Fremont Memorial Chapel, 3723 Peralta Blvd, Fremont. A Funeral Mass will be held Friday, May 3, 2019 at 1:00 PM at Holy Spirit Church, 41001 Chapel Way, Fremont. Burial to follow at Irvington Memorial Cemetery, 41001 Chapel Way, Fremont.
