Obituary For Bienvenido Bacucang Roldan
Born March 22, 1929 in the Philippines and entered into rest on February 11, 2014 in Fremont, California at the age of 84. Devoted husband of 57 years to Salud Roldan. Beloved father of Susan Cumpton (Steve), Cristina Ferreira, and Edgar Roldan. Treasured grandfather of Kaleo Ferreira, Leilani Ferreira, Nicole Roldan, Rafael Roldan, Antonio Roldan, Morgan Cumpton, and Matthew Cumpton. Dear brother of Arturo Roldan, Reynaldo Roldan, Manuel Roldan, Oscar Roldan, Juanito Roldan, and Milagros Roldan. Also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Ben enjoyed traveling and camping. He was a past president of Victorias Association United States of America (VAUSA). He was very generous and compassionate to all people in need. Ben was always openly friendly to everyone.
Viewing will be held on Saturday, February 15, from 1-5pm at Fremont Chapel of the Roses, 1940 Peralta Blvd., Fremont, CA 94536. Viewing will be held on Sunday, February 16, from 1-2pm and a Chapel Service will begin at 2pm at Fremont Memorial Chapel, 3723 Peralta Blvd., Fremont, CA 94536.

"We brought nothing into this world, and it is certain that we can carry nothing out. The Lord gave, and the Lord hath taken away, blessed be the name of the Lord". Our dear Tito Ben is at rest now, and we thank God for the time He has allowed us to share his life. He will surely be missed but we knew that he is now happy with the Lord.
