Obituary For Antonio S. Amaral

Antonio S. Amaral was born on November 1, 1934 in Faial, Azores, Portugal. He entered into rest on October 17, 2018 in Fremont, at the age of 83. Antonio came to California 59 years ago and has resided in Fremont, Ca. He retired from Leslie Salt working as a fork lift driver after 27 years. He was also a member of S.D.E.S. Alvarado, Union City, for over 40 years. Antonio enjoyed spending time on his ranch raising his cattle and enjoyed relaxing everyday with his loving wife. He’s survived by his loving wife, Filomena Amaral of 58 years. Caring brother to Lino Amaral, Joaquin Amaral, Filomena Carrancno, Carlos Amaral, and Luis Amaral. Also, survived by 8 godchildren and many nieces and nephews. Visitation will be Sunday, October 28, 2018 1 to 5PM at Fremont Memorial Chapel, 3723 Peralta Blvd, Fremont, with a Vigil Service at 3PM. Mass Funeral Monday, October 29, 2018 11AM at Holy Spirit Church, 37588 Fremont Blvd, Fremont. Followed with a burial at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery, Hayward.

    We were so shocked and saddened by the passing of Tony. I remember him since I was old enough to talk. Very funny and sincere man. He loved his wife and his family. God bless the family and may Tony Rest in Peace. Bill and Fatima Silveria.
