Anthony Mack Rodriguez passed away early on Saturday morning in Fremont, California at the age of 80. He was a beloved husband, father, brother, grandfather, uncle, nino and noonoo.

Mack was born in Crowley, Colorado to Pedro and Juana Rodriguez and sibling to 10 brothers and 3 sisters. At the age of 18, he joined the Navy and served his country for 4 years. He worked for Redgwick Construction Company in Hayward, CA for 25 years working various projects across the east bay. Mack was a “Jack of all trades” as it seemed there was nothing he could not fix nor build. He loved being outside, going on walks, socializing with neighbors, and working on his yard always finding something to do. Mack also enjoyed watching cowboy classics and football in his downtime. He was a constant friendly face willing to lend a helping hand to the people around him. There was nothing Mack would not do for his family, especially his grandchildren. Mack met the love of his life, Irene, at the age of 16 in high school and were married for 56 loving years.

Mack is survived by his son Anthony and wife Elia Rodriguez of Newark along with grandchildren Kristelle and Anthony James, sister Rosie, brother John, and many nieces and nephews. His heart and love for his friends and family will be greatly missed.

Family and friends are invited to a celebration of life on Saturday Oct, 27th at 11:00 a.m. at Fremont Memorial Chapel, 3723 Peralta Blvd. Fremont, CA.
