Entered into rest on December 14, 2013 in Castro Valley, CA at the age of 70. Beloved husband of 44 years to Kathleen Ann Solari of Castro Valley. Devoted father to Gia F. Solari-Welch (S. Giovanni) of Castro Valley, and Gian-Palo F. Solari of Castro Valley. Treasured grandfather of Gianni Matteo Solari-Welch. Cherished brother of Carole Solari Reed of Malibu. Also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Born September 24, 1943 in San Francisco, CA, Albert was a longtime Niles resident. He was a member of Washington Township Men's Club, a peer facilitator for LifeRing, and a CYO basketball coach in the 70's and 80's for Corpus Christi Catholic Church. He enjoyed playing the guitar and was an avid reader.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, December 21, from 2-3pm followed by a Chapel Service at 3pm, at Fremont Memorial Chapel, 3723 Peralta Blvd., Fremont, CA 94536. Donations may be made in memory of Albert to your favorite charity.
