Alan was and will always be the dearest friend to me. His kindness and courage and sheer hard working discipline left me speechless. He came to me in a dream today and moved all my furniture to paint my wall and ceiling a deep sky blue. My mom was there too and we both knew she was dead. Alan was my rock when she died and repotted all her house plants for me as a beautiful act of love. I am so sorry I missed his memorial. He will be a part of me always! With love, Kristi Denham
